New anger as man shot dead by police in his car

Police in America face renewed controversy after another shooting dead of a black man. The man's girlfriend, who was in a car with him, filmed the aftermath of the incident. The dead man has been named locally as Philando Castille, who was 32. The incident happened in the suburb of Falcon Heights in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
