The Dallas Police stand off ended in an unusual way - with the help of a bomb robot. Five Dallas police officers were killed during a march against the shooting of black men by police. The suspect was killed when police used explosives placed by a robot to end the stand-off in a building, where he was holed up. Chris Hunter is a global authority on counter-terrorism.
