F1 Red Bull driver Daniel Ricciardo spoke to 5 live Breakfast about his morning habits and his healthy breakfast. On arriving at Silverstone for this weekend’s GP, Daniel said: “I’ll go to my room, drop my bags, and check in the mirror I’m still a 9 or a 10.” Once his checks are complete, it’s on to breakfast: “It will probably be some veggies and almond milk muesli.
