Ben McGrail spends a day with Dawn Bawden from Brunel Care as she goes to see Eve, June and Janet in their homes. Somerset County Council and B&NES don't allocate 15 minute visits. Somerset County Council told us they currently allocate 30 minute visits as a minimum and there is no plan to change that at the moment.
