Delegates at the Republican Party Convention in Cleveland in the US are waiting for the "official" nomination of Donald Trump as their candidate for the White House. Among those attending is Republican candidate for Congress Glo Smith. Ms Smith says that "when you look at the reign of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, we African Americans have not fared well".
