Despite the tensions on display at the Democratic Party convention in the United States there's one thing most Democrats agree on: the achievements of the outgoing president, Barak Obama. So it's a little surprising to learn that President Obama's half-brother, Malik Obama, says he's changing party loyalties in the up-coming poll.
