Pope Francis has set up a commission to study the role of women deacons in early Christianity. And it's thought it could lead to changes in the role of women in the Roman Catholic Church. That can't happen quickly enough for Dr Gemma Simmonds is an academic theologian at Cambridge University, who is a nun with the Congregation of Jesus, a world-wide order of Roman Catholic sisters.
