The Horror genre often gets bad press when it comes to female representation in the industry and the portrayal of women on screen. But with a large proportion of women now watching horror films, a new London based collective have felt the need to create a space for women to enjoy them. The Final Girls is a screening series focused on exploring feminist themes in horror cinema, highlighting the representation and work of women in horror, both in front of and behind the camera.
