Spending six years to become a doctor is no mean feat. But how about if you sacrifice more than a decade to specialise as both a cardiologist and nephrologist (more commonly known as a kidney specialist)? Well one man, Dr. Olurotimi Badero, has combined both and has won accolades in the US and beyond. It has all paid off for this high-achieving Nigerian medic. Among the accolades, he has received the US Congressional Award for a distinguished career and services to humanity.
