Trump supporter on why 'we just like guns'

Newsday

Available for over a year

Donald Trump has sparked new controversy, with comments that some have interpreted as an incitement to violence. The Republican candidate told a crowd at a rally that his rival Hillary Clinton wanted to bring in new Supreme Court judges who could threaten the 2nd Amendment right to bear arms. He said "if she gets to pick her judges, nothing you can do, folks. But the Second Amendment people, maybe there is, I don't know." His campaign team said he was actually talking about getting gun rights supporters to the ballot box to enact change politically. Shaun McCutcheon is a Republican activist in Alabama and he is right behind Donald Trump. (Picture - Donald Trump at rally on August 9, 2016 in Wilmington, North Carolina. Credit: Sara D.
