Zambians will vote on Thursday in presidential, parliamentary and local elections. They will also vote in a referendum to decide whether to amend the Bill of Rights - which guarantees all Zambians the right to food, shelter, employment and healthcare. The Electoral Commission suspended campaigns for ten days in parts of the country after a clash between followers of rival parties. Two days before polling day, the Commission also warned political leaders to rein in their supporters after a video circulated online of a campaign bus being attacked.
