Focus on Africa

Available for over a year

Over the next four years, 600 doctors from Kenya, Rwanda, Tanzania and Uganda will get specialised training in cancer and neurological conditions in the UK. It is part of a program designed by the British Council in collaboration with the Royal School of Physicians and funded by the East Africa Development Bank. Dr Abrahams Omoding, from the Uganda Institute of Oncology, told Â鶹Éç Africa’s Anne Soy that the launch could not have come at a better time.
