Imagine winning multiple world titles in your chosen sport, having thousands of dedicated fans across the world, yet be able to pop into town with your mates completely unrecognised? Well that's a regular situation for 23 year old Muay Thai boxing champion Iman Barlow from Melton who recently successfully defended her world title belt at a huge bout in Europe. The flyweight trains at her family's gym in the back garden of their home in Melton Mowbray and as she told Jo Hayward when she went to see her last week, the sport, which demands high levels of skill and fitness, has been a way of life since she was a little girl.
