5 Live In Short

Available for over a year

Self-confessed selfie addict Jacqui Ryland spoke to Stephen Nolan about the risks she took when she chose to inject the banned bodybuilding drug Human Growth Hormone (HGH). Ms Ryland, who appeared on the Channel 5 show Body Freaks, also spoke about the impact that online identity fraud had on her life and that of her three children. The medical conditions linked with taking HGH include carpel tunnel syndrome, type 2 diabetes and even heart failure but despite the risks, Ms Ryland said it was "so normal" in the "gym world" to take the drug. This clip is originally from Up All Night on Sunday 22 August 2016
