"Every business is struggling in Nigeria"

Newsday

Available for over a year

Nigeria's economy is under pressure. It is almost entirely dependent on its oil exports and the slump in the price of oil means fewer petrodollars coming in. The currency, the Naira, has fallen sharply and there have been warnings that a recession is likely. A number of foreign investors have pulled out. Gbenga Sesan is a Social Entrepreneur who runs "Paradigm Initiative Nigeria" which provides ICT learning for young Nigerians who need this opportunity. Newsday's Alan Kasujja asked him what it is like doing business in this economic climate? (Picture: Gbenga Sesan. Credit: Gbenga Sesan)
