Zambia's constitutional court has thrown out an opposition challenge to the results of last month's presidential election. Judges argued that the defeated candidate, Hakainde Hichilema, and the opposition had missed a fourteen-day deadline to present their case. Speaking the Â鶹Éç, Mr Hichilema said this was a decision of "three mischievous judges".
