Last month the US city of Chicago saw the largest number of people killed by gun violence in over twenty years. Most victims are young black men. An Emmy award winning film maker, Tod Lending, started a documentary five years ago to look at what it takes for young men from poor backgrounds to become successful in education. In "All the difference", he focussed on two teenagers going to Urban Prep High School in Chicago, the first all black male public charter school in the US. One of them is Krishaun Branch and he told Newsday's Tom Hagler and Karnie Sharp about his life. (Picture: Krishaun Branch. Credit: Krishaun Branch)
