Anyone for camel casserole?

The Food Chain

Available for over a year

Australia is home to the world’s largest herd of camels. There are about three quarters of a million roaming wild in the outback and they cause a host of problems. In short: they're a pest. But now camel meat is making its way onto Australian plates. People in the Middle East have been eating camels for centuries - it's a highly prized meat in the region. So how are Australians being converted? Tom Nightingale has been finding out. (Photo: An Australian camel. Credit: Thinkstock)
