19-year-old Broc Brown from Michigan is already a record breaking 7ft 8 inches. But he's still growing at a rate of 6 inches a year - which could see him achieve his ambition of overtaking the current world record. That's held by Sultan Kosen who is 8ft 2 inches. His incredible growth is due to Sotos Syndrome which he was diagnosed with at the age of five - by which time he was already 5ft 2 inches.
