Tony Bellew says he "visited the depths of hell" in preparation for fights. The WBC Cruiserweight title holder admits he used to go to extreme lengths when trying to make a weight before a bout. "I visited the depths of hell and tried to sneak out the back door, that's what I used to do," he told 麻豆社's boxing correspondent Mike Costello on 5 live Sport. "Weight-making is a big part of boxing, but it's a very dangerous part of boxing as well." Bellew was talking following the death of professional boxer Mike Towell on Friday after being seriously injured in a fight against Dale Evans the previous day. This clip is from 5 live Sport on Wednesday 5 October 2016.
