Saal Mubarak! We react to an incredible night in the City, that saw around 40,000 people celebrate Diwali on Leicester's Golden Mile. However, there were complaints to the City Council, for the way that the celebratory fireworks were moved to Abbey Park. We speak with Councillor Piara Singh Clair who explains that the Council will be reviewing how they planned the event this year.
