Former Scottish captain Graeme Souness has backed Gordon Strachan to continue as Scotland manager despite the 3-0 World Cup qualifying defeat to England. Souness added a lack of playing talent is holding back the national team and they won't qualify for the World Cup in Russia in 2018.
