Martin O'Neill: Being a football manager isn't perfect

Republic of Ireland boss Martin O'Neill admits being a football manager isn't the perfect job. O'Neil was speaking to Sportsweek presenter Garry Richardson after his side had beaten Austria 0-1 in a World Cup qualifier. Ireland are now top of their 2018 World Cup qualifying group after four games, two points ahead of Serbia and four clear of Wales. O'Neil said: "I would think you would need your head examined if you thought management, in any capacity, was a perfect job. "It has its moments, like everything else. It's great when you win but it would be exactly the same at club level, losing is not so good." The victory was Ireland's first over Serbia since 1963, with Martin O'Neill's men yet to lose in 2018 World Cup qualifying. This clip is from Sportsweek, Sunday 13 November 2016.
