Votes in key US states like Wisconsin should be recounted because the voting system is unreliable, says Dr Jill Stein, who ran as the Green Party's candidate in the 2016 presidential election. She tells Â鶹Éç Radio 4's PM programme "the US has an extremely insecure voting system" so it is "a natural thing" to count every vote.
