Yamile Aldama won world championship silver in the triple jump for Cuba. She later defected, representing first Sudan and later Great Britain in international athletics. The Havana-born athlete explains how growing up in Castro's Cuba helped nurture her talent - but also why she felt she had to leave. Speaking to Sportsworld's Lee James Aldama describes why people defected from the country "If you can't make a living out of what you do...its unfair, but that's how it was in Cuba".
