Says Psychologist Mamta Saha, who talks about ways in which to create opportunities when the shutters are down and success seems far away. Mamta joined writer Atiha Sen Gupta and body confidence activist Harnaam Kaur on a panel for 100 Women season chaired by Asian Network's Sheetal Parmar. The question put to the ladies and the audience was 'is the glass ceiling higher for Asian women?' Mamta Saha chatted about how to break through social and cultural barriers by taking ownership and responsibility of ones journey and using psychology to help focus the path ahead.
