During World War II, the US Army commissioned well-known composers to write musicals. These were designed to be performed by soldiers for soldiers. Collectively they were known as the 鈥淏lueprint Specials". Recently, some of them were performed in New York City, for the first time since the war. Tom Ridgely was the director.
