FA Councillor Ray Berridge has revealed many fellow council members want the organisation to be modernised. The government has called for football鈥檚 governing body to be reformed and has threatened to withhold 30 million pounds of funding and also legislation if the FA doesn鈥檛 improve its management structure. The government also wants more women and people from ethnic minority backgrounds to be included in positions of power within the FA.
