When you suffer from a mental health problem, it is very often something that you do not want to talk about publicly. But that's exactly what the Rugby Player's Association is doing, in an effort to help others - both inside and outside of their game. It's launched a "Lift the Weight" campaign, aimed at breaking the stigma surrounding mental health issues. Well, one person who's been speaking out, in the Leicester Tigers scrum-half, Jono Kitto, who joined Jim and Jo to explain more.
