Rochelle Gilmore, the 2010 Commonwealth road race champion, explains what crosses the line when it comes to doping in cycling. This comes after the head of British Cycling apologised for "failings" following accusations of bullying and sexism against top-level cyclists. He added the organisation would also address concerns raised by MPs at a select committee hearing into doping. Gilmore says that 鈥渆very individual has an opinion on what's ethically correct鈥, but believes there is a clear point when people overstep the mark. This clip was first broadcast on 5 live Sport, Thursday 2 March.
