The SNP's Mike Russell warns the UK government against what he calls a "power grab". The Scottish Government’s Brexit Minister was speaking to the Westminster Hour's Carolyn Quinn. He was asked about reports that the SNP may attempt to “derail” the Repeal Bill unless powers over areas like agriculture and fishing are devolved to Holyrood. He said: "It’s not a question of derailing, it’s a question of getting powers passed. Essentially, the devolved settlement gives the devolved nations – Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland – responsibility for a whole variety of areas. If there’s an attempt at a power grab, that will not only be wrong but actually will produce the wrong results."
