Reading FC: Stam knows bad start cost Royals

The Reading FC boss thinks, had they started the Forest game better, they may have won. The Royals went 3-0 down by the 54th minute of the game, and two Yann Kermorgant goals could not inspire comeback. "It's up to the beginning of the game," he told 麻豆社 Radio Berkshire's Tim Dellor. "We didn't have the composure that we normally do in the game to keep that ball and make the right choices. "We didn't play well enough to make it really difficult for them." But despite the defeat, Stam realises that it will only take one more point to secure the Royals' play-off spot. "We've got it in our own hands, but it would have been nice if we had got a result today. "Now we need to fight for that one point, and next week the game against Wigan is not going to be easy because they need to have their points as well."
