While thousands of people are due to attend the Balmoral show over the next few days it is not universally loved. Animal rights groups have said the show presents an idealised version of farming that does not represent the reality of mass food production. Peter Coulter has been speaking to Elisa Allen, the director of PETA UK, about industrialised farming methods.
