Former Manchester United coach René Meulensteen says Arsenal's only chance at winning the Premier League was last season. During his time as first-team coach, The Dutchman helped Alex Ferguson secure three Premier League titles as well as the Champions League. Speaking to Sportsworld, Meulensteen explains that with the other top clubs performing 'poorly' in the 2015/16 season, that was Arsenal's "chance to step up".
