World at One

Available for over a year

It was only a little over a month ago that Theresa May outlined her vision for the next parliament in her party's election manifesto. There were pledges to get rid of the triple lock on pensions, an energy price cap and perhaps the boldest policy was a radical new way of funding adult social care. But instead of making it into the Queen's Speech, it seems the controversial elements in the manifesto have been run through the office shredder. (Image: Shredded documents. Credit: Â鶹Éç)
