Having confirmed their new ownership, Leyton Orient have appointed club legend Martin Ling as their new Director of Football. Ling entered the history books back in 2006 by guiding the O's to League One on the final day of the season – the first time in 36 years that the Club had achieved automatic promotion. He's been speaking to Phil Parry about his new & exciting role at the club.
