The Government is "minded" to refer Rupert Murdoch's 21st Century Fox bid to take full control of Sky to a further inquiry because of concerns over media plurality. The move comes after the broadcastng regulator Ofcom said there was a risk the Murdoch family could increase its influence over the UK news agenda and the political process.
