To coincide with the Pride parade in London, Channel 5 is to air a landmark moment in television - the first LGBT episode of Blind Date. Paul O'Grady, who now presents the programme, told The World Tonight "it's about time". Mr O'Grady, who has previously said it wouldn't happen on the Â鶹Éç, said he couldn't see Strictly Come Dancing having "two couples of the same sex doing the paso doble across the dance floor". He said: "I think [the Â鶹Éç is] scared of offending people." (Photo: Paul O'Grady. Credit: Getty Images)
