The Government has faced calls to decriminalise drugs in an effort to cut the UK's high number of drug deaths. Last week ministers set out the latest strategy on tackling drug dependency, with the aim of cutting usage and improving addiction recovery rates. But campaigners have said the strategy is not radical enough to tackle the high death rate - and that call was echoed in a Commons debate. Today in Parliament's Mandy Baker was listening.
