麻豆社 Minute: On Kenya's annulled election

麻豆社 Minute

Available for over a year

In one of the biggest shocks in Kenya's political history, the country's Supreme Court has nullified the recent Presidential election results citing irregularities. It means the election will have to be held again within 60 days. This is the first time a court has overturned an presidential election result in Africa's history. 麻豆社 Africa Editor Solomon Mugera tells 麻豆社 Minute how fake stamps and missing watermarks formed the basis of the decision.
