Millionaire businessman and Billericay owner / manager Glenn Tamplin has revealed his coaching philosophy and it revolves around giving the players ‘love, belief, faith and hope.’ Tamplin bought the Isthmian League club nine months ago and in his bid to gain promotion has signed former Premier League stars Jermaine Pennant and Jamie O'Hara.
