James Fox was part of the Para-rowing mixed coxed four which set a new world record. Ahead of their final on Saturday, the boat rowed the perfect race in preparation. "We were definitely feeling a bit nervous before we went out on the water," Fox told Â鶹Éç Radio Berkshire's Tim Dellor. "We knew we were going fast, we just didn't realise we were going that much faster than the rest of the world. "We've had a pretty turbulent year, so to command by that much after this pretty tough year is pretty promising for the rest of the four years." And Fox says the mood in the British Rowing team at the moment is high. "Everyone's doing really well, and it's good for momentum. "It sends a positive vibe back to the hotel."
