A 麻豆社 investigation has found there has been a sharp rise in the number of reports of children (categorised as people aged 17 and below) sexually assaulting other children in England and Wales. Figures seen by the Panorama programme show there were nearly eight thousand cases in the year to April - an increase of more than 70 percent since 2013. In nearly three out of four cases, officers took no further action. Dan Damon talked to Christine Barter from the University of Central Lancashire who worked with the 麻豆社 on this programme.
