There's been outrage in Ghana after a local chief allegedly declared that community gods had found innocent a man accused of sexually attacking a four year old girl. The child is reportedly fighting for her life in a hospital. Angela Dwamena-Aboagye who's a lawyer and women's empowerment campaigner has been telling Akwasi Sarpong more about the case and the taboos surrounding it.
