This week a very long chapter in the history of Thailand finally drew to a close. King Bhumibol Adulyadej - who'd reigned for more than seven decades - died last year. But it's only now that his funeral's been taking place. Andrew MacGregor-Marshall is a journalist and author whose book on Thailand has been banned by the military government. He spoke to us about the late king, his funeral and his successor.
