Rachel Butler, Assistant Producer on Blue Planet II: "That's been the biggest thing for me on this series, realising how little we knew. I feel like we've barely scratched the surface, and who knows what's still out there? "We have the most incredibly talented team of researchers who spent an entire year before production even started scouring the world for these incredible stories. "There were a few behaviors that people were already studying before... but then there were others that literally came up in the middle of our production window."
