Shadow Secretary for Housing and Planning John Healey MP has criticised the Government's housing target as a "fig leaf", saying "there’s nothing I’ve heard from Philip Hammond today or in previous days that suggests he’s got a clue". Mr Healey told the Westminster Hour that plans for an inquiry into land banking are "feeble to the point of risible".
