Dino Melaye, the Nigerian Senator for Kogi West has caused a stir by appearing in a music video by Afro trap musician Kach, which features ostentatious displays of luxury cars, dollar bills and the senator's name "Dino" on repeat. The senator has been criticised for his lavish spending when in his constituency, many local civil servants are owed months of back-pay. Kach said he was annoyed about the criticism of the senator, as Dino Melaye just did it to help him.
