In 1951, Oliver Brown challenged segregation by trying to enrol his daughter Linda, 9, in a a white-only elementary school in Topeka, Kansas. The family took the case all the way to the Supreme Court in 1954, and won. The case ended legal segregation in US schools and was the beginning of Linda Brown's lifelong battle for racial equality in the US. 麻豆社 Minute reflects on her legacy.
