Radio 1Xtra and Asian Network presenter Mim Shaikh investigates whether there is such a thing as 'only child syndrome', for a special report on Â鶹Éç Radio 5 live. Mim met psychologists who'd done extensive research on the subject, and spoke to other only children. Speaking to 5 live presenter Anna Foster, Mim said he'd been told by friends throughout his life that 'you're such an only child', and 'you have only child syndrome'. He wanted to understand whether it's a real thing, or just something people say.
